Software License:

By accessing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using our Clinic Suite Software (“Software”) in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Software immediately.

Acceptable Use:

You agree to use the Software solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Software in any way that could damage the business, reputation, or operations of Clinic Suite.

• To harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person’s legal rights.
• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Clinic Suite or any third party.
• To upload or disseminate any computer viruses or other harmful software.
• To perpetrate any form of fraud or deception.
• To engage in or facilitate any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes.
• To publish or distribute any obscene or defamatory material.
• To incite violence, hate, or discrimination towards any individual or group.
• To unlawfully gather information about others.

Reverse Engineering & Security:

You agree not to undertake any of the following actions:

• Reverse engineer, attempt to reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software or any code within or related to the Software or the Clinic Suite website.
• Violate the security of the Software through unauthorized access, circumvention of encryption or other security tools, data mining, or interference with any host, user, or network.
• Copy or distribute copies of the Software unlawfully, including through peer-to-peer networks or other intellectual property circumvention tools.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Clinic Suite harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software, violation of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Modification of Terms:

Clinic Suite reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
